Puis-je partager mon stand ou puis-je avoir un double stand ?

Oui, il est possible de bénéficier d’un double stand ou de partager votre stand avec un co-exposant.

Cependant, nous étudions toujours la situation au cas par cas. Pour cela, lorsque votre inscription est validée, n’hésitez pas à nous contacter par mail ou téléphone pour discuter de vos besoins.

Puis-je choisir mon emplacement ?

Nous restons le décisionnaire final sur l’implantation des stands et nous fonctionnons en prenant en compte la date d’inscription, les contraintes techniques liées au stand, le respect des pôles sectoriels et les problématiques de concurrence.

Toutefois, si vous avez des souhaits d’implantation, n’hésitez pas à nous contacter pour en discuter. Si des aménagements sont possibles, nous ferons au mieux pour les prendre en considération mais nous ne pouvons pas nous engager à les respecter systématiquement.

Combien de personnes peuvent être présentes sur le stand ?

En principe, chaque stand est prévu pour 2 représentants. Cette estimation nous permet d’organiser au mieux l’espace, le matériel mis à disposition et le catering offert.

Si votre équipe souhaite être plus (ou moins) nombreuse, contactez-nous : nous étudierons votre demande en fonction des possibilités d’organisation.

Puis-je amener du matériel promotionnel (banderoles, affiches, roll-ups, beachflags, totems, leaflets, goodies à distribuer …) ?

Oui, tout à fait ! Nous vous encourageons à personnaliser votre stand avec votre matériel promotionnel (roll-ups, affiches, beachflags, totems, brochures, goodies, etc.).

Veillez simplement à respecter les dimensions de votre emplacement et à ne pas empiéter sur les espaces de circulation ou les stands voisins.

Pourquoi et comment transmettre mes offres d'emploi ?

La transmission de vos offres d’emploi nous permet de les référencer correctement sur le site du Brussels Job Day. Les visiteurs peuvent ainsi consulter les opportunités disponibles avant le salon, préparer leur visite et venir à votre rencontre avec un intérêt davantage ciblé.

Nous vous demanderons de nous transmettre vos différentes offres d’emploi détaillées et le lien vers l’offre en ligne lorsque qu’elle existe.

Plus les informations sont complètes, plus votre offre sera visible et compréhensible pour les candidats. Suite à votre inscription, nous reviendrons vers vous avec toutes les précisions nécessaires.

Puis-je organiser des entretiens sur place dans un espace dédié ?

Les entretiens sont, par défaut, prévus sur votre stand.

Cependant, lorsque l’espace disponible le permet, nous aménageons des espaces dédiés aux entretiens afin d’offrir un cadre plus calme et confidentiel.

Quand recevrai-je les informations pratiques ?

En général, nous vous transmettons toutes les informations pratiques (heures d’accès pour exposants, montage, démontage, chargement/déchargement du matériel, entreposage, parking, connexion internet, …) une dizaine de jours avant la tenue du salon.
