Can I share my booth or book a double booth?
However, each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once your registration has been approved, please don’t hesitate to contact us by email or phone to discuss your requirements.
Can I choose my booth location?
The final booth allocation is determined by the Brussels Job Day organising team.
When assigning booth locations, we take several factors into account, including the date of registration, technical requirements, sector-specific areas and the overall balance between exhibitors.
If you have a preferred location, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee a specific booth location.
How many people can be present at the booth?
Each booth is designed to accommodate two representatives.
This allows us to organise the exhibition space, equipment and complimentary catering as efficiently as possible.
If you would like to have more (or fewer) team members at your booth, please contact us. We’ll review your request based on the event’s organisational capacity.
Can I bring promotional materials (banners, posters, roll-up banners, beach flags, display stands, brochures, promotional giveaways, etc.)?
Absolutely! We encourage you to personalise your booth with your own promotional materials, such as roll-up banners, posters, beach flags, display stands, brochures and promotional giveaways.
Please ensure that all materials remain within the boundaries of your booth and do not obstruct walkways or neighbouring booths.
Why should I submit my job opportunities, and how do I do it?
Submitting your job opportunities allows us to showcase them on the Brussels Job Day website. This enables visitors to explore available positions before the event, prepare their visit and meet your organisation with a clear interest in your opportunities.
We will ask you to provide a detailed description of each job opportunity, along with a link to the online vacancy whenever one is available.
The more complete your information, the more visible and attractive your job opportunities will be to potential candidates. Once your registration has been confirmed, we’ll provide you with all the information you need to submit your vacancies.
Can I conduct interviews on site in a dedicated area?
By default, interviews are conducted at your booth.
However, whenever space allows, we provide dedicated interview areas to offer a quieter and more private setting for discussions with candidates.
When will I receive the practical information?
We usually send all practical information around ten days before the event.
This includes exhibitor access times, setup and dismantling schedules, loading and unloading procedures, storage facilities, parking information, internet access and any other practical details you may need to prepare for Brussels Job Day.
